Personalized & Custom Orders

Since custom banners, personalized gifts, teacher signs, and other made-to-order items are created specifically for each customer, all personalized sales are final.

Please double-check spelling, dates, names, and personalization details before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery.

Include:

• Your order number

• Photos of the item

• Photos of the packaging

I will work with you to provide a replacement or refund when appropriate.
