Shipping policy

At Daisy Lane Paint Studio, every item is hand-painted and created with care just for you. Because many of our products are personalized, please allow time for your order to be thoughtfully crafted before it ships.

Processing Time

Please place banner orders 3-4 weeks before your event date. Personalized or custom orders may require additional time depending on the design. Please include your event date in the personalize section. Other painted items are typically shipped within 5 days. 

Shipping

All banners orders ship throughout the United States using UPS. Other painted items may be shipped using USPS or UPS. Shipping times vary based on your location. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Need Your Order by a Specific Date?

If you need your order for a birthday, party, classroom event, or special occasion, please contact me before placing your order. I will do my best to accommodate your requested delivery date whenever possible.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the damaged item and packaging so I can assist you.
